It's been too long!

I've been so busy babysitting my grandson, Ryder, that I'm way behing on my blog!  Speaking of...here he is on his 1st birthday! So much fun, big sis too.

Well, what do you think of the halloween tote? It is handpainted by me, and was in a give a way, some lucky little girl will have fun...putting candy in it!

As you can see in my photo above...little mushrooms!! They don't last very long, but my Christmas catus didn't mind sharing a little space!
I got quite a bit of work finished yesterday....painting 2 little Halloween purses for girls, now I've got to get them on Etsy.

Ryder's 1st. Birthday!

Grandbaby Ryder had his 1st birthday party today. Actually his birthday is August 6th...but everyone got together today. Wow, he got so many toys, his cousins & sis were "helping" him open them.
I got to try my hand making his "smash" cake...it was a monkey....he really liked it, took some in hishand and put it, fingers & all in his mouth! His mommy made a big chocolate cake...yum! I'll post some pictures.

Haven't posted in a few days

Well, I just haven't posted in a few days! I'm trying to get some sewing done, finish a diaper bag & customized burp pads.
Also it's one of my grandson's birthday (fri. august 6) he's going to be 1 yr. old!!

I really think my house and garden have been very neglected...hope to get around to that soon! :((
